We are so happy to be able to spend this time with you discussing our favorite holiday. "Christmas" This is a very special time of year. For many of us, this is a time to give and to remind the people we care about just how special they are to us.
Will and I have put this website together to share with you our ideas and tips for Christmas. We will talk about many things here from Recipes, Party Ideas and Gift giving. We will be searching for some very incredible savings and gift ideas for the special people in your lives and will post them on the site. What A Dream It Would Be – A Holiday To Hawaii
Start of this year there was a massive surprise to me given by my family and I didn’t have a clue about it. I had a terrible 2009 my family gave me a lovely present at the start of 2010 – the trip to Hawaii. As soon as it hit 2010 on the 1st January, my mother came to my room followed by my sisters to ask me how I was feeling after yesterday night. I replied: I am feeling good thank you but have a terrible hangover.
They looked at me with a cheeky smile on their face and I got the funny feeling that there is definitely something there. After few minutes they all screamed at once, look what we have for you. I asked yes what is it?, they all screamed holiday to “Hawaii for three weeks”! I am so happy. I jumped around with happiness and gave them a big bear hug. I was already having visions of Hawaiian women, Hawaiian food. The Hawaiian band playing music to me with digital pianos , guitars and violins while I drink my rum.
Not only that I started having visions of blue sea, sandy beaches and a band in all flowery uniform playing classic guitars and keyboard pianos. I was also seeing myself swimming with the dolphins in the morning then resting by the pool in the evening wearing my Ray Ban sunglasses and sipping on margaritas. I just couldn’t wait to leave Birmingham and land in Hawaii although it is a long flight.
I was praying to god, please don’t let this be a dream and then it happened, my mom came to my room and screamed at me it’s 1 pm how long are you going to sleep, WAKE UP!!. Argh I hate such dreams.
