Easter Memories

The wintery chill in the air is gone, the smell of spring fills the air, and Easter is right around the corner. Easter baskets are beginning to fill the stores, Easter bunnies are also filling the racks, and children are becoming anxious about their Easter baskets.

Though a variety of Easter Basket will be available in the stores ,you can always be creative so that it becomes special and add personal touch to it and  that it creates a lasting impression on your children’s’ mind about their very own , very special Easter basket. The paper covering will be trashed in the dustbin, the basket will be lost in some corner of your child’s room, even the Easter memories will also fade away with time unless the ‘Easter bunny’ creates a exceptional Easter basket that would hold some precious memory.

The Easter Baskets can be made special by placing a good book amongst the chocolates and candies. There are always good books that portray the story of the Easter or how the Easter bunny goes out at night and delivers the Easter baskets. You can also place your child’s favorite book or magazine in the basket and spend some time reading the book with your child while they go to sleep. All the material things will be forgotten, the basket, the gifts, all, but what will remain forever is the few moments of shared love that comes while reading the book to your child. All these memories are priceless, that will be always in your mind, for all the years to come.

For the grown up children you can put a toy car or a bracelet, or better the long cherished gift that they have always wanted. This will make the day a memorable one. In the coming years their gifts may fade out but, the memories that it will create will always be there.
